The Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers: Brooke And Ridge’s Marital Woes – Their Children Are Interfering With Their Marriage

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers tease that Brooke Logan Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) and Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) don’t seem likely to be able to keep their marriage alive. But Bridge’s survival is still possible if both halves are willing to change their outlooks.

Brooke sees Ridge as being unreasonable. Kaye’s character also believes that Lang’s alter ego isn’t thinking clearly.

While issues involving Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) and Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) are currently front and center, another plot point may soon become intractable. Shauna Fulton (Denise Richards) is a direct threat to Brooke’s happiness, while Ridge’s wife only has eyes for him.

Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Offspring Problems Interfere With Marriage

It’s natural for any parent to be concerned about a child of their own. Brooke feels that Hope is still in danger because of her husband’s son. Ridge feels that Thomas is being used by his wife’s daughter.

The problem that this married couple faces is that each person feels territorial about their spouse’s child when, in fact, both offspring are actually family members of each parent due to Bridge’s union.

Brooke’s feelings about Thomas’ unstable past and present are fully justified. But Ridge’s feelings are understandable, to a certain degree. Brooke could have been more compassionate in her varied responses to Thomas’ instability.

However, Ridge hasn’t been overly compassionate toward Hope, as the loss of Beth Spencer (Madeline Valdez and River Davidson) and her subsequent return should have resulted in as much support as was necessary. Ridge has come up short in that regard.

B&B Spoilers – Ridge Forrester Unable To Grasp Wife’s Perspective

Ridge is drawn to Shauna because he feels she’s listening to him. Richards’ character is smitten with Ridge because she believes he ensured Flo Fulton’s (Katrina Bowden) freedom. So anything he says sounds good to Shauna, who’s clearly become Ridge’s champion.

However, Thomas could create a positive surprise if he encouraged his father to give Brooke another chance. While that seems unlikely, it’s possible that the adoption agreement changes his vindictive approach to the Logan’s, including Brooke.

Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Brooke Logan Forrester Believes In Love

Brooke was upset when she took her rings off earlier this fall. As B&B fans saw, she was saddened when Ridge recently said that their marriage was over.

A belief in love, if followed by certain actions and the willingness to compromise has saved many marriages on both sides of the screen. That unlikely outcome could still play out if Brooke convinces Ridge that she will give Thomas another chance, even if he doesn’t deserve one as the fans know.
