The Bold and The Beautiful spoilers and updates tease Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) will deliver devastating news to Hope Logan (Annika Noelle). The Logans will band together to support Donna Logan (Jennifer Gareis) as time runs out for Eric Forrester (John McCook).

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Time’s Running Out

Recently, it was revealed that Eric had been ill for several months and hiding it as best he could, as he continued to fail-he’d told Donna he had arthritis.

As it became more and more difficult for Eric to design, he changed the diagnosis to carpal tunnel syndrome and more recently became obsessed with creating his “grand finale” couture line.

He got RJ Forrester (Joshua Hoffman) to help him, and hid his problems from the rest of the family, although even RJ didn’t know until recently he’s dying.

Finally, Donna knew there was something seriously wrong when she caught Eric coughing up blood. She called in a doctor and had many tests done, and his condition was recently confirmed as terminal.

B & B Spoilers – Brooke Logan Tells Hope Logan

Brooke tells Hope as Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) is telling Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) and Steffy Forrester-Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood).

Hope is in shock and tears as she finds out Eric is dying with only a few months to live, and she immediately wants to hug him.

Brooke says that Eric wants to keep his illness a secret, because he doesn’t want any pity from the family and certainly doesn’t want any clients or customers to know. 

The one who needs the hugs is Donna-and so will Bridget Forrester (Ashley Jones) and the rest of the Forrester siblings-once they’re all notified.

The Logans will band together to help Donna through the next few months, or perhaps weeks, considering Eric kept his symptoms a secret for so long.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Devastating To See Him Get Worse

It’s devastating to see Eric get worse and try to pretend he’s not, for him to try and deny to everyone except Donna and RJ that there’s anything wrong.

Eric is a proud man, and when he does die, he wants to do so with dignity, although with a degenerative disease that may not be possible.

Eric appears to have a cluster of terminal conditions, some seemingly unrelated to the others, and that was why he was so difficult to diagnose.

All of the Logans band together to support Donna especially, and as they are able, the rest of the Forrester family becomes involved. Soon, Eric’s other children and grandchildren will start piling in to support him and Eric.
