Even though Taylor respects “Bridge,” Brooke is unsettled by Taylor’s return. Considering her marriage is on the rocks right now, Brooke could take drastic action to make sure “Tridge” doesn’t reunite.

Brooke is trying to compromise so she doesn’t lose her husband or her daughter. However, Ridge refuses to accept or consider any kind of compromise. Ridge just wants Deacon gone… even if it tears Brooke and Hope Logan Spencer’s (Annika Noelle) relationship apart.

B&B Spoilers – Ridge Forrester’s Heart

When Ridge and Taylor reunite, it will be heartwarming. Ridge is reminded of the great memories he shared with Taylor, Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) and Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood). Actress Krista Allen explained to Soap Opera Digest that Taylor will counsel Ridge when he opens up about the Deacon situation.

However, Allen also said that despite Taylor still being in love with Ridge, she is fully aware that he’s not in love with her. Taylor knows that Ridge’s heart still belongs to Brooke, so she friend zones him.

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers reveal that Brooke learns that Taylor is back. Brooke is “thrown off her game” by the revelation. So, it sounds like Brooke definitely feels threatened by Taylor’s return. However, Taylor and Brooke are not the same. Allen teased,

“She wants Ridge to be happy because she cares deeply for him… Ridge is not Taylor’s problem to fix… she respects that he is committed to Brooke… there is a difference between loving someone and being in love. The difference here is that Taylor has never fallen out of love with Ridge, but he is not in love with her.”

B&B Spoilers – Taylor Hayes’ Intention

Allen also explained that Taylor’s only intention is to be a friend and a listening ear. In fact, Ridge turns to Taylor with his marital problems. Just like a true friend, Taylor listens and tries to help Ridge solve his own marriage issues.

As for Brooke, after she learns Taylor is back, she decides to do damage control. Suddenly, Brooke defends Ridge to both Hope and Deacon. However, Ridge also makes it clear that he feels the love and laughter with Taylor and it’s not something he gets from Brooke. So, despite Taylor friend-zoning Ridge, a “Tridge” reunion might still be a possibility.

“There is so much genuine love and happiness between the four, something one of them – ahem – apparently doesn’t get to feel too often at home.”

When Brooke feels threatened, she often takes drastic action… even if there is no actual threat. So, while Taylor’s intentions are pure, will Brooke take drastic action to prevent losing Ridge?
