Yes, years ago, Ridge wanted Taylor. That was way back in soapy time when Ronn Moss (Ridge) and Hunter Tylo (Taylor) were the original editions of these classic characters.

But Ridge has not wanted to be with Taylor in a very long time. They have not been married in well over a decade in real-time, and notably, Ridge did not rededicate himself to Taylor after he moved to the cliff house earlier this year.
