The Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers: Brooke & Hope Poised To Lose Their Men – Fallout From Thomas’ Death Will Be Brutal

The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) recently made what could prove to be a horrible mistake. She was arguing with Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) on a catwalk in the industrial area of Forrester Creations when she shoved Thomas aside and he fell into an open vat of steaming liquid.

B&B viewers were led to believe that the vat contained hydrochloric acid, which would, of course, be deadly. But shortly thereafter, Thomas was shown floating to the top of the vat, yet he wasn’t burned or burning, indicating that the vat was probably filled with water instead. Nevertheless, B&B spoilers indicate that Hope will later realize what she did, and she’ll be filled with fear that she’s killed, Thomas.

Thomas Forrester Plots His Next Move

Well, ongoing B&B spoilers indicate that Thomas will have survived the ordeal and he’ll go off to plot his next move in his overall plan to take down the Logans. He can’t stand Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) as it is, and now he’s almost certainly going to have it in for Hope. After all, now both of the women have literally pushed him to near-death – Brooke pushed him over a cliff and Hope pushed him into the open vat.

At any rate, there’s bound to be some major fallout from Hope’s actions for both herself and Brooke. According to B&B spoilers, Brooke will hear all about what Hope believes she did to Thomas, and she’ll encourage her daughter to stay quiet about it and protect herself. And this might be a decent strategy for Hope if indeed Thomas was dead.

Hope Logan Will Have A Reckoning

But according to B&B spoilers, Thomas won’t be dead, and that means he’ll eventually come back and tell the tale of how Hope manipulated him into thinking they had some sort of nice co-parenting future together, then turned on him right after he signed the adoption papers and shoved him into a vat of supposed acid. He’ll probably be able to make it look like the push into the “acid” was intentional on Hope’s part.

That’s going to make both Hope and Brooke look pretty bad in the end. For Brooke, this could easily be the final death blow to her marriage with Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye). Once it comes out that Brooke knew that Hope might have killed Thomas and kept it a secret, Ridge is probably never going to want to be with her again.

What Will Liam Spencer Think About Hope Logan’s Actions?

And what about Hope’s relationship with Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton)? Liam was never happy about the prospect of himself and Hope taking on Douglas Forrester (Henry Joseph Samiri) as their own child, and he’s going to be stunned that she’s now Douglas’ adoptive mother. That may strain their marriage in its own right, but what about when Liam finds out how far Hope was willing to go to get custody of Douglas?

Surely, Liam will be shocked when he learns that Hope thought she killed Thomas and kept it a secret. He may start to wonder if he really knows Hope at all. Could Hope possibly lose her relationship with Liam, while Brooke loses her marriage to Ridge? Time will tell, but things are only going to get more difficult for these pairs once Thomas makes his big comeback.
