The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers: Can Katie Spencer’s Heart Handle This Stress

Katie Logan Spencer has a LOT going on right now on The Bold and the Beautiful.  Overnight she became a married woman and business owner, plus her own sister declared war on her.

Katie’s Previous Heart Problems

Any normal person in Katie Spencer’s (Heather Tom) position would be under immense stress right now.  Starting a new company is a huge task to take on, she’s going to be clocking a lot of hours at the office and probably have a lot of sleepless nights. 

The company is barely off the ground and her own sister Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) is already sabotaging her.

If you are a longtime The Bold and the Beautiful fan then you will recall that Katie nearly died on more than one occasion because of her failing heart. Katie’s health problems started in 2008 when her brother Storm accidentally shot her in the chest. 

Storm died and donated his heart to his sister, the transplant was risky though and she has had heart attacks triggered by stress since.  In 2019 she landed back in the hospital and her kidneys were failing.  

Brooke Keeps Bringing Up Katie’s Health

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Brooke Logan’s comments about her little sister’s health on the show recently are a HUGE clue that the writers are going to revisit that storyline. 

Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) and Brooke claimed they were doing Katie a favor when they replaced her at the office because they were worried about her health. 

Over the years Katie’s health woes have been triggered by stress, starting a new company and going to war with Forrester Creations is definitely stressful.
