When Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) married Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) on the CBS soap, it was on a whim.
If the couple did discuss a pre-nuptial agreement or any legalities at all, it was never aired on Bold and the Beautiful. But, standard divorce protocol is if your spouse cheats on you and you have proof, you can take them to the cleaner’s.
The Bold and the Beautiful viewers know the only thing that Deacon has that is worth anything is his restaurant.
If he an Sheila Carter are legally married and she was working there for free their entire marriage, isn’t she entitled to at least HALF of Il Giardino? If Sheila hires a good lawyer or pulls some strings, she might be able to take the WHOLE restaurant.
