Carter’s visit to the cabin, where Hope and Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) were waiting, proved sullen. The trio lamented their lack of power within the Forrester’s family business, with a foreshadowing rising in the daytime air.

She can say whatever. But Carter is right. Steffy is allowing her personal feelings to influence business decisions.

Of course, Carter is doing that as well. His revealed romantic interest in Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) heavily influenced his push to pump money into the line before Steffy canceled.

Wood’s character believes that Hope can do nothing to reverse her fortunes. However, Steffy may come to regret underestimating her longtime foe because Carter and Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) are steadfast in their support of her.

Brooke’s comment about being an FC executive was intriguing. She recognizes that as long as the Forresters have a controlling interest in FC, there is nothing she or anyone else who opposes them can do.

The above dovetails with Carter’s recent mention of being willing to invest his money in the proposed expansion of what has been a fashion house to date. Brooke has money, experience, and revived popularity as the face of Brooke’s Bedroom.

Lang’s character appears primed to stay with Ridge in the short term while joining forces with Carter. Their financial backing and adamant stance against Steffy and Ridge’s decision indicate that an alternative soapy road will be pursued.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Hope Logan Believes In Her Future

Carter’s move to sign his name on the LLC document will undoubtedly be legally challenged. That decision could or should get him fired.

Then Hope could take Zende Forrester Dominguez (Delon de Metz) with her if Carter’s expansion plans morph into starting a new business. A transformational rivalry that isn’t based on a romantic triangle but instead a new business rising feels possible.

The audience has to ask if the writing staff would have been asked to create this complex tension that’s been building for months if only to allow it to be resolved within the walls of FC.

Instead, it would be very compelling if Carter’s pitch to the Forrester brain trust results in him founding a company that fronts Hope and Brooke.

HFTF has to be an FC brand. So, Hope would likely have to adjust the name of her revived fashion line. Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) will be outraged and hurt if Brooke becomes a financial backer, with the delicious drama being teed up.
