During this time, people are faced with the reality of there being a pandemic as the world tries to find ways to contain the virus while opening back up. It is being recommended by The Centers For Disease Control (CDC), and medical experts that mask should be worn when someone is out in public, including going to stores.
Although important, some may find things they do not care for when it comes to wearing a mask. The Bold and the Beautiful Star, Courtney Hope, has recently talked about a downside to wearing masks. This one downside is that they hide the smiles of others and herself.

In an Instagram post, she posted a picture of her smiling along with a video and a caption that read, “A smile can turn a whole day around. The light it exudes is so magnetic that it can heal the deepest wounds, even if just for a brief second. There are days I need someone else’s smile to bring some love into my life when I’m having trouble mustering up my own, and other days I can’t wait to share my joy with others.”

She would continue on by saying that she knows that this will not last forever, “I know this won’t be forever, but in the meantime, I hope you join me on this journey of giving a little bit more than maybe some of us are used to.” The actress who plays Sally Spectra on B&B continued on saying, “Mental health is just as important as physical health, and we all could use some uplifting words now and then. I know I could.”
In the video that was posted alongside the caption, she told a story about how she was smiling at someone who was nearby while on a trip out. She realized that the person could not see that she was smiling at them as she was wearing a mask.
She stated, “Maybe she saw my eyes if she was really looking at them, or maybe she just didn’t notice. And it just made me really sad. I understand why we are doing this, I really do. And people’s health and wellness and safety come first.
