For one, it turns out she wasn’t dying at all. Dr. Penny Escobar (Monica Ruiz) was a longtime friend who gave her the “diagnosis” in front of Katie Logan (Heather Tom). Then, Katie let slip to others that Sally had a fatal disease and only had a month left to live.

Then, we saw Sally scheming in order to remind Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks) how good they are together. Her attempts failed and once Flo Fulton (Katrina Bowden) figured out the truth, she was knocked unconscious, kidnapped, and held hostage.

Wyatt Spencer Forgives, But Can’t Forget

The Bold and the Beautiful comings and goings reveal that Sally is in the hospital. She has begged Wyatt for forgiveness and he can find it in his heart to understand her desperation. However, he can’t forget about her manipulation and deceit. He has asked Sally to stay away from him for a little while. So, where does this leave Sally? Unfortunately, she is going to leave.

The Bold and the Beautiful Comings and Goings: Courtney Hope’s Exit

On Instagram, Hope confirmed that she is leaving the CBS soap opera. She wrote,

“An abrupt ending to a monumental journey. The last three years have been amazing, and though I do not know what the future holds this chapter of Sally has sadly come to an end. I love my @boldandbeautifulcbs cast and crew and will miss everyone dearly, but await the day we may all play again. Some things are out of our control, and I thank the fans for your support through it all! Until then, I revel in new beginnings and everything the future has in store. Love you all, Sally spectra out.”

There is no word on when Sally Spectra’s last day on our television screens will be. However, there is an opening for her to return one day.
