B&B spoilers reveal that Sally really thought that Wyatt was going to sleep with her and get her pregnant. Hope told Soap Opera Digest that in Sally’s mind, there was no room for failure. Sally thought that she would be able to put Wyatt in a trance so he would forget all about Flo and be with her again. Even if it was just for one night. However, that’s not what ended up happening.

Wyatt knows the truth now, but this isn’t how Sally wanted him to learn that she wasn’t dying. She planned on eventually telling him the truth but wanted to tell him herself. In Sally’s mind, she would come up with a way to explain that it had to be done this way because it was the most beneficial decision for their relationship. She didn’t know exactly how she would spin it to make him see that, but Sally was going to come up with something.

“I think there is always a chance. I mean, Flo lied that Wyatt’s brother’s baby was dead and he still forgave her and is with her! None of this was premeditated. People have killed people and have been forgiven in the world that Sally lives in, so you never know.”

As for what can be expected next on the CBS soap opera, we know that Sally ends up with a real medical emergency and ends up in the hospital. Dressed in a hospital gown, she begs to be forgiven. However, whether it will be that easy or if it will take some time remains to be seen.
