B&B spoilers reveal that Brooke thinks she is fighting a war with the Forrester family. The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers reveal that Ridge will suspect Brooke is responsible for calling CPS on Thomas. Ridge will recall Brooke threatening to call CPS on Thomas if the situation ever called for it. So, the fact that CPS arrives right after a confrontation with Brooke can’t be a coincidence.
Ridge calls Brooke and demands to know if she reported Thomas to CPS. However, Brooke says she had nothing to do with it.

Ridge would like to believe Brooke. However, the situation and circumstances suggest that Brooke is the person who reported Thomas.
