The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that the show has hinted heavily that Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) is the father of Poppy Nozawa’s (Romy Park) daughter Luna Nozawa (Lisa Yamada).

We’ve been told that they spent a carefree night at a concert years ago in San Francisco, with the implication that he is the dad Luna has never met or been told about. Is all of this a little convenient? Definitely maybe! Here’s what we do know for sure.

First, Luna has no idea who her dad is. That’s because Poppy has never told her. Is that because Poppy doesn’t know who the dad is, or does she not want to be connected to Bill in that way?

Let’s not forget that Poppy’s sister Li Finnegan (Namomi Matsuda) has gone out of her way to call her a wanton woman, a free spirit who sleeps with married men.

When Bill spied the mother and daughter at Il Giardino he felt he knew Poppy from somewhere. Poppy looked uncomfortable and denied ever meeting him.

Fast forward a few days and this week Poppy and Bill went on a date. She didn’t seem as weirded out by him as she did previously, is that because there is no fire where the baby daddy rumor is concerned?

Why would Poppy tell Bill that Luna’s father isn’t around, never knew she was pregnant? It seems unlikely that Poppy would share that info if she’s hiding Luna from Bill.

Plus. Poppy was perfectly happy telling Bill what a great time they had together back in the day, which was actually just one night.

If Bill is Luna’s dad, and Poppy thought Bill was so great, why didn’t she reach out and tell him? Long story short, on her date with Bill, Poppy didn’t act reticent or intimidated; she didn’t seem like a woman who’s keeping a secret.

And that could be because Bill is a red herring in the ‘who’s the daddy’ plot. So who else could be Luna’s dad? How about handsome devil Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan)? We can easily see him at a hippie concert getting his groove on with a beautiful stranger.
