He knew embarking on this secret relationship was risky, but he couldn’t resist her. The secret is about to come out; Deacon will likely lose everything he holds dear.

Deacon felt comfortable with his secret when Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) and Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) were the only people who knew about his secret Sheila relationship.

But now Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) knows about it. It’s giving Deacon measurable anxiety about Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) and Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) discovering the shocking scoop.

Ridge took Carter to Deacon’s apartment to look for Sheila. Deacon wasn’t happy that Ridge told Carter his secret. Carter promised not to tell anyone, but the men urged Deacon to help them find Sheila.

Carter got the feeling that Deacon was not telling them the truth. He may have a hunch that Deacon is still hiding Sheila in his apartment.

He could tell Kate Logan (Heather Tom) about his suspicion. If Katie learns about Deacon’s secret from Carter, she will tell her sister, Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang).

Brooke would pass the info to Hope Logan (Annika Noelle). This would turn Deaocn’s life upside down.

When Brooke and Hope learn about Deacon’s secret, they will confront him. They won’t understand how he could have a relationship with Sheila after everything she’s done. They may even threaten not to speak to him unless he kicks the lunatic to the curb.

Hope will feel hurt by her dad’s secret. He lectured her about Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) when he was in a relationship with Sheila. It will feel hypocritical, and Hope won’t stand for it.

Brooke won’t hold back her tongue either. She will remember he proposed to her not too long ago. She could assume he was living with Sheila when he popped the question. That will only add to her anger about Deacon’s relationship with Sheila.
