Brooke Logan Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) wants Deacon to stay away from her. But he can not do that. So, the next logical step is to have Kanan’s character brought into the loop. Who better to do that than the daughter he had with Brooke all those soapy years ago?

Douglas is a very perceptive boy, as Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) said. He is also sensitive, as Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) reinforced with her mother.

The talk Hope, Liam, and Brooke had with Douglas was a thinly veiled interrogation. It was somewhat unbelievable that Hope, who is very ethical, and Liam, who talks a good game in that regard, would quickly bow to Brooke’s wishes by pulling information out of Douglas.

First, Hope and Liam learned as much as they could about what he witnessed on New Year’s Eve. Then later, while Brooke was present, the trio grilled Douglas about his dangerous visit to the cliff house. Dangerous for Brooke, that is.

B&B Spoilers – Hope Spencer Must Talk With Her Dad

Hope heard her mother’s admission. A time delay follows until she talks with her dad about this family problem.

It is a bit of a stretch to think that Hope would not have pulled out her smartphone and told it to call her dad. But TPTB could not have her do that right away because more plot needed to play out.

Hope’s coming conversation with her father will inform him about Brooke’s admissions. Then, Hope will drop the intel about Douglas’ unexpected Santa Claus vision.

Deacon is encouraged by the seeming progress he is making with Brooke. But he will not like learning that Douglas is part of this complex issue.

 

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Brooke Logan Forrester Deals With Deacon Sharpe

There is a latent connection with Deacon. Brooke did not recognize this reality when her former flame raised it, yet it is true.

While they were both inebriated on the night in question, their former attraction is not a pure byproduct of alcohol. Brooke does not love Deacon but finds him to be alluring.

Brooke wants to believe that Douglas will forget what he saw and not talk about it anymore. But Deacon is a talkative guy as well. Plus, he is committed to having a relationship with her, especially if (when) her marriage collapses. And that could happen soon on B&B.
