The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers reveal that Thomas’ custody battle could be triggered by a discovery. As fans know, Deacon covered for Sheila when Deputy Chief Bradley Baker (Dan Martin) came looking. Even though Deacon didn’t help Sheila after that, it would still ignite rage from the Forrester family.

If Thomas finds out about Deacon’s actions, he could demand that Hope cut ties with her father. Hope doesn’t want to do that and could explain Deacon just made a mistake. Hope might also say that Douglas was nowhere near Deacon when that happened. However, that won’t matter to Thomas. The reformed villain could accuse Hope of putting Deacon ahead of Douglas.
