The Bold and The Beautiful Spoilers: Does Katherine Kelly Lang Want To Leave B&B?

Viewers need not worry because their favorite character on “The Bold and the Beautiful” Brooke Logan, played by Katherine Kelly Lang, isn’t going anywhere. The actress recently told the Australian publication that she doesn’t want to leave the CBS daytime home.

In a previous interview with Soap Opera Digest, Lang said, “The show really makes me happy. Even though I go out and do other things and travel around the world, I love coming home to B&B because that really is my home. It’s a part of me, and I feel like it always will be.”

“The fact I’ve been there from day one … I don’t want to leave. It’s my home, it’s my family. I’ve spent more than half my life there, so it would be weird without the show. I don’t know how I’d survive without it!” the actress said.

She’s been playing the role for more than three decades and the thought of leaving the show hasn’t crossed her mind. Lang revealed that co-star Betty White, who took on the role of Stephanie Douglas Forrester, was the one who inspired her.

“She’s my role model. She’s still funny and cute and smart and she’s out there kicking butt,” Lang said.

Bold & The Beautiful Spoilers – Lang and Her Show Business Family

Lang grew up in Los Angeles and attended school in Beverly Hills. She’s the daughter of actress Judith Lang, who is also the daughter of Hollywood cinematographer Charles Lang.

Lang got her first acting job in the film “Skatetown, USA” alongside Patrick Swayze and Maureen McCormick. Then she appeared on “The Powers of Matthew Star” and “Masquerade” as well as “Riptide,” “Happy Days,” “The Fall Guy,” and “1st & Ten.”

She joined “The Bold and the Beautiful” as Brooke back in 1987 and has become a major character ever since. Her love story with Ridge Forrester ( ) has become an integral part of the show and a love triangle among her, Ridge, and Tyler (Hunter Tylo) lasted for ten whole years.

Her character crossed over “The Young and the Restless” in 1999. However, she previously appeared on the show as Gretchen back in 1981. Her impeccable work on “The Bold and the Beautiful” earned her several nominations and awards.
