CBS The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers tease that Douglas Forrester (Henry Samiri) will be stunned to see his dad, Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson), return as new episodes begin to air. As Y&R fans recall, Samiri’s character was key to Hope Logan’s (Annika Noelle) plan that baited Thomas into revealing his true intentions during what was supposed to be Thomas’ wedding to Zoe Buckingham (Kiara Barnes).

When viewers last watched B&B Thomas hadn’t been seen in more than a month, as the wedding scenes played in mid-March and the last new show was broadcast in late April. So, approximately three more months will have passed by the time the first new episode airs, which could be as soon as this month.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Henry Samiri Is Very Talented

B&B recently used its main Twitter feed to post a behind the scenes photo of Samiri. The images shown are from scenes that were shot earlier this year, approximately six weeks before the failed Thoe wedding was broadcast.

Aside from the photos, B&B posted comments that said, “Here’s a #BTS look at today’s #BoldandBeautiful episode. Henry Samiri was showing us his skills behind the camera during rehearsals.”

Fans of the show know that Samiri, who debuted as the recast of this character in 2019, is an outstanding child actor. This young man not only knows his lines but consistently plays his scenes to the hilt.

Viewers also recall that Atkinson became the recast version of Thomas at the same time Samiri joined B&B, with both characters having returned from New York, following Caroline Spencer’s (Linsey Godfrey) unexpected death.

B&B Spoilers – Douglas Forrester Doesn’t Want To Live With His Dad

Douglas told Thomas that he didn’t want to live with him while standing aside of Hope. That came after Thomas was shocked to learn his son participated in the ruse that played out while Atkinson and Barnes’ characters were standing at the altar, with Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) attempting to complete the nuptials.

The chaotic life that Thomas created for Douglas, following Caroline’s passing, resulted in various reasons. Thomas’s instability issues and his expressed weakness in not knowing how to be a single parent led to him using Douglas as an emotional weapon against Hope.

Thomas didn’t anticipate Douglas’ betrayal at the intended wedding to Zoe, even though his son previously defied him by reporting that Beth Spencer (Madeline Valdez and River Davidson) never died.

If Thomas has any sense he’s decided to change his outlook on life. Wherever he’s been since March and with however he intends to go about it, Thomas needs to return to Los Angeles, California, and prove himself over an extended period of time.

Hope, who is Douglas’ legal parent, will probably be open to allowing Thomas to have measured interaction with his son if Atkinson’s character proves himself. But Douglas has instincts that are developed beyond his years. So, Thomas should understand that he won’t be able to fool him, or anyone else who he wronged when he’s likely seen on B&B in the near future.
