Electra Is Acting Like A Teen In A Young Adult Storyline
That’s because many people are turning off the soap instead of keeping it on whenever they see Electra on the canvas.
The reason, of course, is because they feel as though the character is acting like a teen in a young adult storyline even though she’s much older. In other words, she is definitely lacking in the maturity department, to say the least.
That’s because Electra acts like she’s in high school and not a young adult. Someone make it stop already, right!? Whereas there are a lot of empowered women on The Bold and the Beautiful, it seems like the writers are just taking this character in the wrong direction.
Clearly, B&B fans had a lot to say about the matter on social media. Some even commented with, “She pouts and reacts, I’d believe she was in high school and it’s kinda creepy to have two grown men vying for her.”
“Electra is sophomoric in every regard and IMO, not mature enough for a real adult relationship.”

What’s Next For Electra?
Another critic wrote, “Because regardless of her calendar age the character is ill equipped to handle the emotions. It’s like young men dating/ being interested in a Jr high girl.”
And then there was this comment as well: “She acts 15 and that’s me being nice….more like 13. Also Ivy was the one wanting all the juicy details of her and Will together so creepy af with her from day one.”
“The whole Will and Electra subplot feels like a bad episode of Degrassi. I hate it.”
Then again, The Bold and the Beautiful fans will simply have to tune in each and every day to find out what will happen next!
