During the September 9 episode, Eric dressed down Electra, demanding that she never be involved with Will. The location of this demand is key: Eric’s living room.
That’s right, Electra is Eric’s guest as well as his relative. He’s not her dad, and she’s not 16, but the undeniable fact here is that she is dining off the Forrester china.
Electra is living under Eric’s roof and working at his company. As such he has every right to tell her how to conduct herself while living in his house.
2. Will’s Violence
Will punched elderly Eric, and violence is never the answer. Will was tussling with RJ Forrester (Brayan Nicoletti) and argued that Eric’s face got in the way. Nevertheless, Will punched Eric, that cannot be denied.

This wasn’t Will’s first outburst either, he and Will have fought before and there’s no reason for either of them to be throwing punches.
Eric will understandably favor his grandson RJ and denounce Will and that’s to be expected given the history of animosity between the two families.
3. Will is a Spencer
Which brings us to reason number three for Eric being justified against Electra and Will. The Spencer family are viewed as lower-level humans than the world-adored Forresters and recent events have made this glaringly apparent.
Will’s mom Katie Logan (Heather Tom) debuted a competitive fashion house that has humiliated Forrester while ruining its sales and reputation.
Given all that is going on between the two families, Eric has plenty of reasons to ban Electra from seeing Will.
