The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers previously teased a beloved character would die. It seems that our worst fears are coming true as Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) gets a devastating prognosis. In a weekly promo clip, it is confirmed Sally receives a death sentence and she only has one month to live.

B&B spoilers from the beginning of the year stated that someone would meet their demise. Head writer and executive producer Bradley Bell suggested that the character who would die was a fan-favorite character. There were a lot of predictions but few guessed it would be Sally.

The storyline began with shaky hands, headaches and feeling like something wasn’t right. She finally went to the doctor to get some tests done. However, nothing could have prepared her for her diagnosis. To make matters even worse, there doesn’t seem to be any cure and she doesn’t have much time left.

Wyatt Spencer Distraught

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers reveal despite making a promise, Katie Logan (Heather Tom) feels Sally’s death sentence is too important to keep quiet about. She confides in Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) and then tells Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks) the terrible news. Of course, he is distraught and doesn’t know how to process this information. It’s one thing to be told someone you care about is dying, but for them to only have one month to live? It’s unimaginable and Wyatt is torn up about what to do.

Bell teased that Wyatt, Sally and Flo Fulton (Katrina Bowden) would all be involved in this storyline and the twist would be heartwarming and touching. Although Flo was partially redeemed by donating her kidney, it is clear many fans still have not forgiven her for the “PhoeBeth” storyline.

Perhaps she will make another selfless decision and push Wyatt to return to Sally. That way, Sally can at least live out her last days with the man she loves. Whether this happens or not is unknown, but what another possible way could Sally dying be “heartwarming” and “touching?” Fans will have to keep watching the find out.
