It is teased that Thomas (Matthew Atkinson) gets confused when his hallucinations merge with reality, making the two appear as one. So, with the mannequin professing her undying love to Thomas and the real Hope having dinner, what will he say or do? Could Thomas try to kiss Hope thinking that’s what she wants? Or could he say something that makes perfect sense to him and the mannequin, but sends alarm bells to everyone else?

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers reveal that Finn will show up at Thomas’ apartment. Now, the two aren’t exactly friends so he must have a reason for going over there. Perhaps Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) sends him after learning Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) is going over there. Maybe Thomas forgot important papers, his cell phone or wallet. Whatever the reason is, Finn shows up at just the right time. When Finn shows up, he is able to bring Thomas back to reality.

Finn might not be Thomas’s doctor, but he has expressed concern about him before. So, he will likely tell Steffy exactly what he observed at Thomas’ apartment. When Steffy learns that something is really wrong with her brother, could Thomas finally get the help that he needs?

We do know that Hope will be “empathetic” toward Thomas once she finds out about his diagnosis. So, it seems that this is how writers are going to redeem Thomas. Not only will the hallucinations be explained, but maybe the obsession will make sense too.
