The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers document that John Finn Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) is a good guy who cares about his family and believes Sinn is protected. But Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) knows that Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) will always be a threat as long as she is alive and kicking, hard.

The recent scene at the cliff house, where Sinn and Lope were sharing a warm couple’s day with the children felt a bit too beautiful. While the quartet, plus Hayes Forrester Finnegan (Samantha Worden and Piper Harriet), were genuinely enjoying a fun and relaxing day, Sheila’s shadow looms large.

As Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) underscored, Hayes projects as Sheila’s target. Steffy is also Kelly Spencer’s (Avalon and Colette Gray) mother.

But Sheila is so unpredictable that it is possible she will target Kelly, rather than initially go for Hayes. The intent could be some form of cloaked, distraction storyline, with Sinn’s son remaining her clear objective.

Sheila said something that revealed her current state of mind. She spoke to herself out loud, saying that Steffy was worse than her namesake grandmother, Stephanie Forrester (Susan Flannery).

That is quite the statement and also is an extreme re-imagining of history. As hardcore viewers recall, Sheila shot Stephanie many years ago. So, Steffy fans can only wonder what Sheila will eventually do to Wood’s character.

Steffy knows that Finn does not have the experience to know how to handle or even prepare for whatever Sheila might do next. So, Sinn’s family defender will be Steffy. That projection furthers the legacy battle between Brown’s iconic villain and the Forrester’s.

Finn does not know that his presumed adoptive father, Jack Finnegan (Ted King) is actually his biological father. That reveal will shock Finn and likely cause his outlook on life to be significantly altered.

However, Finn has not seen his biological mother at her worst. Instead, she has presented herself as the assailed victim. That act is sure to change, as Sheila has often proven incapable of restraining herself. So, Finn will also come to see his mother as her true self.
