B&B spoilers reveal that last week, Steffy had one pain pill left. Finn already told her on the phone that she could downgrade to prescription-strength ibuprofen. When Finn checks on Steffy this week, he will have to determine if he should prescribe her more pain pills or not.

Speaking to Soap Opera Digest, Novlan explained that there are different types of pain and as a doctor, Finn is going to have to figure out what it is. Then, he will be able to determine the best way to treat Steffy’s symptoms.
While searching online to learn more about a patient — and making a house call — can seem a bit odd, the medical care isn’t black-and-white. So, her treatment will be like a puzzle that Finn has to fit the pieces together to see the big picture. It will also come with complicated decisions and Steffy herself is a complicated girl.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Dr. John Finnegan’s Big Heart
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers reveal that Finn genuinely wants the best for Steffy. He’s begun to cross the line from professional to a personal interest in her. He’s already made a house call. He’s impressed by her accomplishments and is in awe of Steffy, so he has Googled her. Novlan teased that Finn will cross the line to help her. Due to the personal/professional lines being blurred, Finn’s big heart could get him in some trouble, though!!
“His big heart may get him in a little bit of trouble, and while he may be walking a little bit of a line of unprofessionalism, I really do believe that he has Steffy’s best interests in mind and that’s why he wants to stop by and check up on her.”

Novlan admits that house calls aren’t normal these days. However, Finn recognizes that Steffy isn’t a normal patient. So, for him to get a clear picture of what she really needs and how to best treat her, Finn needs to do some one-on-one. With that being said, Finn hears her say that she’s in pain. He will see her wince when she moves. But is it really physical pain from the motorcycle accident? Or could other types of pain be manifesting itself in a physical way?
Could her heartache and emotional pain from losing Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) and the “PhoeBeth” trauma be the real pain that Steffy’s trying to numb? We will have to keep watching to find out.
