Sheila said she was meeting someone from her past, but who and why? Sheila may have made plans with this person and been double crossed.

Perhaps Sheila hired this person to kill Steffy in her place. After all, it’s not like Sheila hasn’t faked her death before. Could this have been Sheila’s plan all along?

Sheila may have gotten in over her head and ended up in a trap. If Sheila’s doppelganger is responsible, perhaps Sheila needs someone to rescue her.
