The suspension of disbelief scenario is fully applied in this scenario, as viewers are asked to believe that Li was able to sign Finn’s death certificate without a routine round of follow-up. It is reasonable to believe that many hospital personnel, county staff, and the police would have been part of Finn’s post-death state. Yet, no questions seemed to have been raised by anyone in that regard.

Then, somehow obtaining and transporting a hospital bed and all that medical equipment is incredible. Yet, Li did it without raising any suspicion.
