It is suggested that Flo might be one of the first people to realize the truth about Sally’s deadly diagnosis. She already notices something isn’t quite right about Sally and it’s probably only a matter of time before she stumbles upon the shocking truth.

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers reveal that if Flo is the person to realize the truth, she will try to warn Wyatt. However, it is going to be difficult for her to convince Wyatt that Sally really isn’t dying after all. After all, Sally has Dr. Penny Escobar (Monica Ruiz) helping her. As long as Penny is covering for Sally, then there is no way to prove Flo’s suspicions.

If Sally has really gone to all the effort of convincing her doctor friend to participate in this scheme, then she probably has thought of all the things that can go wrong. If Flo were to tell Wyatt the truth, Sally could always claim that she’s jealous.

She probably planned on this already and would spend time planting certain seeds of doubt in his mind. Which means, Flo would have to come with another way to prove the truth. The only way to do that is to convince Penny to come clean.

      First they turn Thomas into to a bad guy now they are turning Sally into a bad person with her lying and munipulating Wyatt into believing she is dying to keep him so a new Logan can come out on top again
