Helping Daphne Rose Walton

Let’s kick off this post with Daphne Rose Walton (Murielle Hilaire), who just decided to leave Carter. The woman claims that she can’t give Carter the one thing he’s wanted forever… a child.

Carter didn’t marry Daphne’s uterus. If he really wanted a child more than a partner, then he would just adopt. He didn’t do that, though.

Unfortunately, Daphne’s head doesn’t seem to be screwed on straight. She thinks that she’s doing Carter a favor by leaving him. However, she’s just making the situation even worse.

Carter Walton’s Vow

Daphne’s decision leads to Carter issuing a vow. The man will be determined to help Daphne any way he can.

Right now, he’s probably not thinking it’s depression. I have a bad feeling that Daphne won’t be able to get out of this funk, and her functional depression could get worse. 

Making split-second decisions that don’t make much sense could be a warning sign. Hey, depression is more than tear-stained pillows and fatigue. It shows up differently for everyone.

John Finnegan Confused

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers for Friday, August 14 reveal that Steffy left John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan).

Of course, the lady assumed that Finn was in on Sheila Carter’s (Kimberlin Brown) Monaco ambush. Well, first of all, Sheila didn’t ambush Steffy; it was the other way around.

Second of all, Steffy wouldn’t even listen to Finn. If her first reaction to every fight is to throw her ring and run away, then maybe they should stay separated. Honestly, how many times must SINN go through the same thing?

Steffy Forrester Finnega’s Emotions

Steffy is already on the jet and on her way back to Los Angeles. The lady doesn’t know what to think. She knows the trip to Monaco was super important, but Finn’s so-called betrayal has sent her running away. Again. 

I get that Steffy is traumatized, but at some point, she needs to view things like an adult.

Running away, throwing rings, and barking orders rarely gets you what you want in life. So, how does Finn plan to fix things, or has too much happened?
