The Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers Friday, December 13: Liam Recruits Steffy for Plan to Expose Thomas – Thomas Pushes Shauna Toward Ridge

The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers for Friday, December 13, tease that Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) will decide he needs an insurance policy. He’ll remain thrilled that Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) and Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) have split, but he’ll know it may not stick. The divorce papers have been signed, but there’s still time for Brooke and Ridge to change their minds.

Of course, that’s not what Thomas wants at all, so he’ll take steps to prevent a “Bridge” reunion. Since Shauna Fulton (Denise Richards) has fallen head over heels for Ridge, Thomas will track her down and seek her help. B&B fans know Shauna’s tried to be patient and understanding. She never thought she had a shot with a guy like Ridge anyway, so she’s thrilled to have even gotten this close.

Shauna will probably insist she’s giving Ridge the space he needs, but Thomas won’t agree that’s the right tactic. He may argue that is Shauna’s big chance and warn her not to blow it. Thomas will likely trash Brooke and assure Shauna she’s the perfect woman for Ridge instead. He’ll do everything in his power to convince Shauna to pounce and stop a reunion from happening.

While Shauna mulls over Thomas’ pitch, Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) will hear one as well. Hers will come from Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton), who’ll be determined to prove Thomas hasn’t changed at all. Thomas told Liam he was done with all the schemes and manipulation, but that’s obviously not true. He hasn’t turned things around, so Liam will want some help in exposing that.

This could be a bit complicated for Steffy since Thomas is her brother. Despite his mistakes and their issues, Steffy loves him. However, Liam might contend that’s exactly why Steffy should get involved. The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say he’ll want to prove Thomas’ true motives – and Steffy should know the truth about someone she cares about.

Since Steffy believes Thomas is still obsessed with Hope Logan (Annika Noelle), she’ll decide she’s on board with Liam’s plot. Steffy has seen how manipulative Thomas can be, so she’ll agree Liam has a good reason to worry. They’ll team up on Liam’s new plan and hope they can pull it off together.
