First off, it seems that Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks) and Flo Fulton (Katrina Bowen) may at first think that Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) is playing more manipulative games. As B&B viewers know, Sally was in the middle of begging Wyatt not to call the cops on her for kidnapping Flo when she suddenly collapsed to the ground. And it wouldn’t be too far out of the realm of possibility that Sally is faking more symptoms – after all, she did fake a terminal illness before!

But it seems that Penny Escobar (Monica Ruiz) will do a quick assessment of Sally and realize that something is very wrong. Penny will probably take some quick vitals, and according to B&B spoilers, Penny, Wyatt, and Flo will freak out as they realize that Sally is having a real emergency. In fact, they might suspect that Sally might be having a reaction to having hit her head earlier when Flo tripped her in the apartment.
Sally will wind up at the hospital, where she’ll get treated by a new doctor on the scene, Dr. Joyce Griffith (Lisa Canning). Of course, we can’t forget that Sally was suffering from severe stress before she concocted her fake dying scheme, so she could be having some serious repercussions of that stress on her health now. Or is it something much more serious?
B&B Spoilers Updates: Liam Spencer Rushes To The Hospital To See Steffy Forrester

Meanwhile, on Friday’s new episode of B&B, Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) will get some alarming news. He’ll hear from Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang), who will still be at the hospital following Steffy Forrester’s (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) motorcycle accident. Brooke will tell Liam what’s happened, and Liam will rush to the hospital, where he’ll get further updates from Brooke about what happened to his ex.
According to B&B spoilers, Liam will insist on seeing Steffy, and he’ll rush into Steffy’s room to learn that “some bastard” plowed into Steffy out on the road. Well, Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) will be present to hear that remark, and he’ll respond that “the bastard” is him. Liam will be shocked to learn that the person who hit Steffy was Bill, and he’ll probably need a few minutes to process that information.

Of course, as B&B viewers know, there’s a rich history between Steffy, Liam, and Bill, so Liam might at first suspect that this was somehow intentional, but Bill will surely set the record straight in short order. It looks like Bill will be very contrite and nearly inconsolable as he describes what happened to Liam and Steffy.
Well, as one can imagine, Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) is still going to be peeved with Bill for putting his daughter in a hospital bed in so much pain. B&B spoilers say that Ridge will place the blame for Steffy’s pain and suffering squarely on Bill, although it seems that in reality this was just a terrible accident that couldn’t have been prevented.

Steffy Forrester Downplays Her Tremendous Level Of Pain – CBS Soap Opera Spoilers
Finally, B&B spoilers say that Steffy will talk with Liam about their daughter Kelly Spencer (Colette and Avalon Gray), and Steffy won’t want Kelly to know about the accident, probably out of fear that Kelly will get upset and scared. Liam will probably reassure Steffy that he and Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) will take good care of Kelly while she rests and recovers, and Steffy will downplay her pain, which will still be pretty intense.

Yes, I agree with Steffy said that her pain level is an 8. But the doctor didn’t say what kind of medication he put in her IV, there were different soap sites claiming she be addicted to pills and I hope her storyline doesn’t have to go there Head Writer Bradley Bell of Bold and The Beautiful can find her character better way to deal with the pain.
It’s so way time for Steffy to have some happiness. And there won’t be no reuniting with Bill and Steffy , I think Liam is going to be jealous, yes but he’s married he got the woman that he met to have his future with. He just needs to deal with his daughter Kelly.
She did Dr. Finnegan asked Steffy what is your pain level?
Steffy answered and said it’s an 8.
Please writers don’t let Bill mess up Steffy’s new relationship. That would be HORRIBLE! What is wrong with him? He tells Katie how much he loves her and is committed to her and he can’t stop thinking about Brooke and Steffy?
This writing was ridiculous. Poor acting for the doctor,he acted as if he didn’t know how to treat the patient
Steffy needs to come clean to her doctor or nurses concerning the severity of the pain she is experiencing.
