The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers for Friday, March 20, tease that Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks) will reel from what he’s just heard from Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope). As B&B viewers know, Sally has just revealed to Wyatt that she’s sick and dying. Of course, Wyatt already knows this fact, but Sally has no idea that Wyatt was already aware of her terminal condition.

Well, on Friday’s episode of the Bold and the Beautiful, Wyatt will probably do his best to act surprised and devastated by the diagnosis, as if he’s hearing it for the first time. He’ll surely be relieved that the truth is out, and but he still won’t want Sally to know that he knew about her diagnosis before he “reunited” with her.

She’s probably going to be peeved that Dr. Ruiz urgently tracked her down at the beach house and essentially forced her to reveal her health condition to Wyatt.

It looks like a big argument will occur between Dr. Escobar and Sally, and things will escalate as the two ladies bicker. It’s unclear whether Wyatt will stick around for the argument, but it’s likely that he will. At any rate, the Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say that during the argument, the devastating truth about Sally will be revealed.

So, does this mean that B&B viewers will learn all about Sally’s diagnosis? Thus far, viewers haven’t been privy to what Sally was diagnosed with and what disease is projected to take her life. As B&B viewers know, she has just learned that Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) and Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) shared a steamy kiss, and she’s now got video footage of the kiss in her possession.

Shauna Fulton (Denise Richards) captured the kiss on video, and she ultimately deleted it from her phone, saying that she couldn’t bear to hurt Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) by showing it to him. But Quinn managed to take Shauna’s phone and email a copy of the video to herself, and now she’s in possession of the video…and she plans to use it!

Well, on Friday’s episode of the Bold and the Beautiful, Quinn will get some terrific news from Eric Forrester (John McCook). It looks like he’ll share with Quinn that Ridge gave Brooke a digital picture frame as a reunion gift and that Ridge shared a link to all the photos with Eric. Quinn should be thrilled to hear this, since it means she’ll now have a public means to distribute the video of “Brill’s” kiss.
