‘The Bold And The Beautiful’ Spoilers Friday, September 5: Ridge’s Torment, Eric’s Haunting Words, Thomas’ Obsession

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers are in for Friday, September 5, 2025! Fans can expect tomorrow’s episode to feature Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) feeling tormented and divided.

Eric Forrester’s (John McCook) words will continue to echo in his son’s mind. What does this mean for Taylor Hayes (Rebecca Budig) and Brooke Logan’s (Katherine Kelly Lang) futures?

Eric Forrester’s Haunting Words

Let’s start off with Eric’s haunting words to his son. The patriarch is convinced that Ridge is making a big mistake by following through with the wedding to Taylor Hayes (Rebecca Budig).

Even though he doesn’t agree with Ridge’s choice, it was pretty rude to not say anything about Taylor’s news. In any case, Eric is pushing his son to end the engagement tonight.

Taylor Hayes’ Wedding Date Pressure

Meanwhile, Taylor and Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) are seemingly working together. Thomas is certainly putting a lot of pressure on his father to marry his mother.

There was also that extra layer of guilt, that Thomas “needs” TRIDGE to marry to feel less lonely (or something like that). 

I’m not sure how his parents marrying is going to help his depression from a dead career and broken engagement. However, it’s clear that he’s reporting back to Taylor. The young man even said he told his father to “be a man.” 

Ridge Forrester Tormented

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers for the next episode reveal that Ridge has met up with Taylor. Of course, she has wine ready and wants to immediately talk about wedding dates.

Even though Ridge is conflicted and divided, Taylor is still putting the pressure on. Not only does she want a wedding date tonight, but she wants the nuptials to happen as soon as possible. 

It sounds like Taylor is paranoid about losing Ridge. By pressuring him, though, Ridge could do the complete opposite of what everyone wants.

Thomas Forrester’s Obsession

Back to Thomas, his obsession with TRIDGE marrying is a little concerning. Even Ridge mentioned that his son’s pressure seemed to be a bit of a warning sign.

Of course, Thomas insists that he just needs his parents to be married. Just how far will he go to make sure that happens, though? Could Thomas finally snap and go too far?
