There’s so much wrong with this storyline, but everyone is missing the main point: that Sheila is a victim, with zero blame for once. Let’s unpack how this vixen may finally be redeemed!
Taylor Knows Better
If Taylor is such a global humanitarian hero, why is she breaking her profession’s ethical vow? She was kissing and holding hands with Deacon when he was still a patient.
Sure, they ended their professional relationship, but a few hours time is not enough in the eyes of the law for them to be intimately involved.
Deacon is a Married Man
Deacon is a married man, and with marriage, like pregnancy, there is no such thing as “kind of married.” Because Deacon, like Taylor, is breaking legal and ethical vow, that makes Sheila the victim in this plot.

It could be argued that Taylor is rebounding into Deacon’s arms after Ridge Forrester’s (Thorsten Kaye) latest ugly rejection. That may be so, but it doesn’t make it right.
Taylor’s Ultimatum
Taylor needs her daughter, Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes), to threaten her into doing the right thing.
Steffy bottom-lined Taylor by saying she had to choose between Deacon and her grandkids. Should it have even come to this?

Deacon took a vow to Sheila: for better or for worse. He’s not the first person to violate his sacred marriage vow, but that doesn’t make it right, it makes him a cheater. And you know what they say, if he cheats with you, he’ll cheat on you.
Let’s face it, Taycon is all about lust. Deacon and Taylor are infatuated and maybe drawn by the idea of forbidden fruit.
You tell us B&B fans, does Sheila deserve to be humiliated and lied to because of her sordid past? Or does she deserve to be treated with dignity and respect—no matter what bones she’s got rattling in her closet?

I will never feel sorry for Sheila. She killed a man, watching him die with a grin on her face. She chained another to the wall in the basement.
She shot her own son, then shot her DIL too when she tried to call 911…no, I will never feel sorry for this woman.
But I think Deacon should finally man up and tell her the facts.
