The Bold and The Beautiful spoilers reveal as much as Hollis doesn’t seem like the stalker type, he admits he has been wanting to go out with Brooke for a long time.

Brooke gave him the chance once when he came to her house for dinner, but Brooke also turned him down when he wanted to take things further.

Brooke made it plan to Hollis that she wasn’t ready to move on from Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye). However, now that Ridge is back, Hollis assumes she has changed her mind.

Brooke is a long way from being over Ridge and Hollis doesn’t seem to want to accept that. Brooke is flattered but, perhaps Hollis is coming on a bit too strong.
