Fans have been suspicious of Carter and Hope’s romance from the beginning. While many fans blamed poor writing, maybe it’s all part of the plan. Maybe it isn’t supposed to be a believable love story.

Maybe, Carter opened up about liking Hope, and she took full advantage of that. At first, I wasn’t certain and I’m usually Team Logan these days. However, after Hope kept pushing Carter to sign those LLC papers, alarm bells went off.

When Carter mentioned valuing his relationships with Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) and Eric Forrester (John McCook), Hope should have accepted it.

Instead, she cried and stuck the LLC papers in Carter’s face. While Carter’s plan might work, Hope might not end up with what she wants.

B&B Spoilers – Poppy Nozawa’s Love Story?

If Carter does take over, he might fire Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and reinstate Hope Logan (Annika Noelle). However, Steffy is a smart cookie and will likely plot some kind of justice scheme.

Steffy might open up to Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda), who could come up with an idea. Li would love to use her sister’s hidden talents for some good!

Li might encourage Penelope “Poppy” Nozawa (Romy Park) to go after Carter romantically. If that happens, then Carter might stop pushing so much for Hope For the Future.

In fact, if Steffy is right and Hope somehow gets into mens’ heads, then Poppy might be saving both Forrester Creations as well as Carter!

While Steffy’s situation might spark Poppy’s seduction scheme, what if she actually does find true love with Carter?
