However, Liam has no idea what was actually going on and would be furious if he did. Hope kept seeing Thomas’ face while she was with Liam and that is not a good thing.

Hope is making love to her husband to try to convince him that Thomas is not a threat to their marriage. However, Hope cannot keep herself from thinking about Thomas and may even slip up during sex and call Liam, Thomas instead. Hope seems to be constantly seeing Thomas so calling Liam the wrong name is very possible.
