The Bold and The Beautiful spoilers reveal that Liam plans to leave Rome without letting Hope know that he came to see her. Liam will return to Los Angeles and wait for Hope to tell him about the trip to Rome. Of course, Hope admitted to being upset over Liam not joining her as she had asked him. Hope did ask him at the last minute to go along.
However, Liam decided to go to Rome and surprise Hope. Liam certainly didn’t plan on seeing Hope kissing Thomas and witnessing as she instigated the kiss. Liam had been blaming Thomas all of this time only to learn that Steffy was right about Hope having feelings for Thomas. Where do Hope and Liam go from here?
