Just when everything seemed to be going right in Hope Logan Spencer’s (Annika Noelle) life, it all started to go wrong again when Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) decided he would like his son to live with him again, please.

She was so relieved to learn that John ‘Finn’ Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) was alive because then she didn’t have to worry about Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) cheating on her again with Steffy Forrester (Jacquline MacInnes Wood), so all was good for Hope. And now Thomas wants to be an interloper and have Douglas Forrester live with him. How dare he?

As Hope commiserates with her parents, she gets reassurances. Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) assures her she is a good mother and Brooke Logan Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) is just horrified and outraged that a man would want to raise his own child with who Hope has no real connection aside from some papers she coerced Thomas into signing.

B&B Spoilers – Thomas Forrester Won’t Give Up

Thomas is perplexed as to why Hope is surprised that he would want his son to live with him. How could she have thought their arrangement was a permanent one? At least he has his own family on his side. While Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) seems to not be involved with this fight yet, The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers show Steffy and Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) are all in on this one.

Why should Hope get to keep Douglas when she is not really his mother? Sure, he has a bond with her, but Thomas is willing to let Douglas and Hope be with one another whenever Douglas wants. However, it is clear to anyone the boy wants to be with his father no matter how much Hope doesn’t want to hear it.

When Ridge does decide to get involved, how will he not take sides? And if he doesn’t take Hope’s side, that’s just one more nail in the coffin of his marriage to Brooke.
