The mannequin will become more forceful in Thomas’s mind until he can’t take it anymore. In fact, there is a teaser posted on Twitter that indicates Thomas might not hurt Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton), but himself.

Hope Logan’s Alarming Discovery

There is a word that what will happen is the mannequin will become more aggressive and demanding. Dolly Hope (Annika Noelle) will order Thomas to kill Liam, but Thomas will try to “reason” with the mannequin. Even though he isn’t Liam’s biggest fan, Thomas doesn’t want to commit murder. But the mannequin’s voice will become louder, more constant, and threatening. It could bring Thomas to the point of being willing to do anything to get the mannequin to be quiet. We already know that Liam doesn’t die. So, either it’s a failed murder attempt or Thomas tries to end his own life.

It is stated that Hope will find Thomas alone in a very bad mental and emotional state. He also reportedly has injuries and is bleeding.
