The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers show that Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) recently dropped a load of information on John ‘Finn’ Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) about her migraines and how terrible they have been lately. He gave her a few tips that might be able to alleviate some of her pain, but there may be something more going on that we are not aware of.

What if this is only the beginning and her and more issues start popping up? This could be a long road for Hope, and if she does start exhibiting other symptoms, there could be something terrible on the horizon.
If Finn notices things like this, he may start to grow suspicious that she has something like a brain tumor that would need to be addressed immediately. With all the stress and everything in Hope’s life, this could be a potential storyline for her.

If Finn catches it in the early stages, he could take the lead on the case and get some of the specialists at the hospital to take Hope under their wing and keep a close eye on her.
Of course, this would make another opportunity for Finn and Hope to get closer, by bonding over a potential health scare.

With something like this happening between Hope and Finn though, and with Hope’s life on the line, this could be a major wake-up call for Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson), who could rush to her side and try to make things between them right again ever since the issue of marriage ruined their relationship.

It would make him realize he lost something he wouldn’t want to live without, and marriage or no marriage, he would want Hope for himself.
Even with someone like Finn saving her life and driving a wedge into his own marriage, Hope could see Thomas’s efforts to be with her and be driven back into his arms.
A potential health scare for Hope could push her in many directions, each one with its own sense of drama and tragedy.
