B&B fans have wondered if the coronavirus crisis would be intertwined into the new stories. Many shows have decided to reference it somehow. One example is the British soap Emmerdale, which is currently airing lockdown episodes. Others will put the pandemic directly into the storyline and others have elected not to address it at all. Speaking to Soap Opera Digest, Bell had this to say,

“My feeling is that there’s been a lot of pandemic coverage. We will make reference to it, but we’re not going to really go deep into the story. We feel like people need a break…”

B&B Spoilers – Jumping Back In With Intense Drama

The executive producer and head writer also teased that new episodes will jump right back in with the intense drama. Of course, we expect a continuation of where we left off, especially with Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope).

What happened when Flo Fulton’s (Katrina Bowden) unconscious body was being yanked all over Wyatt Spencer’s (Darin Brooks) house? What did Wyatt see that was so shocking? The Bold and the Beautiful EP also confirmed that in the future, fans will be treated to a lot of love stories. As everyone knows, romance is the building block of soaps. While there has to be drama and conflict, viewers really do enjoy the love stories.

So, expect to find out if Ridge stays with Brooke, decides to be with Shauna Fulton (Denise Richards), or perhaps ends up with someone completely different. Will Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) win back Katie Logan (Heather Tom)?

What we do know is that Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) will get a new love interest. The story will include elements of a major issue that people are currently dealing with.
