Bill and Sheila had an interesting jailhouse conversation. It seemed like a prison guard was working with Bill as part of the get-out-of-jail free plan. But that was not the case.
Diamont’s character told Brown’s that he told the guard he was going to lay into her. That let viewers know that Bill has leverage with the prison staff that could facilitate a breakout, with said staff potentially unwittingly complying.

The newfound couple also revealed that they have only been together a matter of weeks. That matches the point in the plot when Sheila left Deacon Sharpe’s (Sean Kanan) apartment.
BB Spoilers – Is The Plan Sheila Carter’s Doing?
Fans recall that Sheila told Deacon in the fall that she would be working a plan in the new year, which is now. Kanan’s character was apparently never told the details.
Viewers do not know how or why Sheila appears to have targeted Bill. It is reasonable to question how she specifically knew he was enduring personal trouble. Possibly, she did not know but pursued another entry level into his mind.
It would seem unlikely that Bill sought Sheila out, though that is not impossible. He has not discounted Sheila using him, which sparked their conversation in the visitor’s room at the jail.

Bill cares about people even though he is trying to force himself not to. If Sheila puts any of his three sons or his grandchildren in danger, he will stop her.
However, there are others who Bill has loved in the past, including Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) and Katie Logan (Heather Tom). Bill also has feelings for Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood).
Sheila’s freedom was offered in trade for Taylor Hayes’ (Krista Allen). So, Bill claims he will report Taylor’s crime. But all who know Dollar Bill understand that he would not allow anyone, including Sheila, to threaten the lives of his family members and other loved ones. That would be a break point on B&B.
