Ridge repressed his knowledge of all that Thomas has done through the years, including the open contempt he has for Lang’s character.

Rather than be honest with Brooke, telling her what he heard on the digital recording, Kaye’s character felt she took a bridge too far. Yes, the pun was intended to connect to the nickname of Brooke and Ridge’s many couplings.

Telling Brooke that he will always love her made no sense, especially when he coupled it with his desire to have their eighth marriage legally erased through the annulment process.

B&B Spoilers – Two Better Options Exist?

Deacon has Brooke’s best intentions in his heart. While he does not have the financial power that Ridge or Bill do, Deacon would likely be loyal to Brooke if she ever gives him another romantic chance.

Deacon learned an important lesson last New Year’s Eve. He experienced Brooke’s latent attraction to him could be brought to the fore in the right circumstance, meaning no Ridge rather than the use of liquor.
