Finn was not known to be alive when Sheila first arrived in Los Angeles, California. Her backstory was expanded last year, with viewers and all connected characters learning that Sheila had an affair with Jack Finnegan (Ted King) while he was married to Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda). He met Sheila at the hospital where she was a nurse and Li was a doctor.

Jack was outraged that Sheila would return, on Finn’s wedding day, and announce her connection to their son. That targeting eventually led to Sheila attempting to shoot Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood), who vehemently forbid access to Finn and Hayes Forrester Finnegan (Samantha Worden and Piper Harriet).

B&B Spoilers – With Li Finnegan Out Of The Way

Buzz indicates that Li did not die after Sheila appeared to tailgate Matsuda’s character to her death. That seems logical because this is daytime, and Finn survived Sheila’s shooting, so why not have Li escape what seemed like certain death in that crash?

However, Sheila is convinced that Li is dead. Viewers are somewhat surprised because Sheila was sure Finn and Steffy were dead. That is why Brown’s character made that scene look like a botched robbery.

Li’s absence means that Sheila must take care of Finn. He woke up on the day Sheila barged into Li’s residence. That gives B&B’s greatest of all-time villain a reason to believe he will gain full consciousness soon.
