While Bridge remains at an impasse and hasn’t fully reconciled, at least they haven’t chosen to officially divorce. While the legal papers exist and are signed, Ridge has refused to file them. But he also hasn’t acknowledged destroying the documents either. So this union remains fragile.
Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Quinn Forrester Taps Dark Side
Neither Brooke nor her husband knows that Quinn Forrester (Rena Sofer) is responsible for the admitted alcohol urge. But soap fans surely must think that Sofer’s character will have her actions exposed in time, either by force or inadvertently.
Quinn foolishly told Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) about the drink spiked. That mistake could come back to bite her, as Thomas is surely capable of forcing Quinn to do his bidding in exchange for remaining silent about what happened.
While they are on the same page, in wanting Brooke ousted from the Forrester family and Forrester Creations, Atkinson’s character isn’t above doing anything, including using an ally to further his own agenda where Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) is concerned.

Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Ridge Forrester Still Seeks Compassion
Ridge can’t understand why Brooke is unable to resolve the differences they have regarding Thomas. But Brooke is right in having taken and then in maintaining her stance.
Anyone who is perceived to be blocking Thomas’ path, including Hope, or Douglas, is in potential danger. Ridge has compartmentalized what his son did to Emma Barber (Nia Sioux) on Mulholland Drive, choosing to believe that was a cliched lapse in judgment.
So, Brooke’s continued push of logic isn’t getting through to Ridge because the emotional portion of his brain is blocking his wife’s words.
Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Unexpected Breakthrough Needed

Brooke won’t back off her defense of Hope, because that’s her daughter. Ridge does, at least, understand that. Knowing that Kaye’s character won’t agree to change his view either, something different needs to happen for this arc to shift, or end.
An unexpected breakthrough, of some sort, must happen in order for Bridge to truly heal. That will likely mean Thomas being undeniably exposed, which will include his father’s acknowledgment of the truth.
It’s reasonable to speculate that Ridge would recognize Douglas Forrester (Henry Joseph Samiri) is being somehow endangered by Thomas in order for a mental paradigm shift to occur. With that Brooke would be recognized as being right all along, with Bridge then being restored.
