The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers: Is Dylan’s Last Name MARONE?

The Bold and the Beautiful producer Bradley Bell confirmed this month that rising star Sydney Bullock had been put on contract at the soap as “Miss Dylan.” 

Has B&B EVER put a character on contract that doesn’t have a last name?  At first the lack of a last name for Dylan in the credits seemed like an oversight, now it’s clearly intentional. 

Word on the internet is Bold and the Beautiful is keeping Dylan’s last name under wraps because she’s related to someone on the show.

The Marones Are Coming Back

The Bold and the Beautiful reintroduced Nick Marone (Jack Wagner) to the canvas a few months ago, and rumor has it he will be back for the fashion wars between Batie an Bridge. 

Bell teased in an interview in 2025 that the soap was bringing back one of the core families in the new year.  And there might be another Marone in Los Angeles right now, right under our noses!

The soap rumor mill has been hinting that Dylan could actually be Massimo Marone (Joseph Moscala) and Sheila Carter’s (Kimberlin Brown) daughter Diana. 

In 2004 the Sheila showed up with a baby girl and shocked Massimo, revealing that the infant was his daughter.  Then the cops were called and Sheila vanished with the baby, Diana was never seen or mentioned again.

The writers have kept Dylan’s last name a secret and Dylan does sound like Diana.  Viewers have even pointed out that Dylan even LOOKS like Massimo, plus she’s the same age baby Diana would be today. 

Dylan is living out of her car and doesn’t have any family so far, Sheila could have lost the baby to the system one of the times she in prison or hospitalized.
