A new character named” Ronna” might play a role in a significant revelation, so let’s explore an interesting plot possibility.
The CBS Soap Has Offered Some Conflicting Information
B&B is currently providing some contradictory information, as the events unfolding on-screen do not match what is anticipated.
Luna has just flatlined and is confirmed to be the patient who does not survive the surgery. However, Lisa Yamada was seen at the studio filming as recently as June 30.
Thanks to a script shared by Katherine Kelly Lang (Brooke Logan) in an Instagram story, we know that Luna is included in the cast list for an episode set to air on September 8. Considering this, we should contemplate the potential scenarios here, and there could be more than one explanation.
Ghost Luna, Or Another Fake-Out Like With Finn?

One possibility is that Luna will appear in a ghostly form, but it’s arguably more probable that a significant twist awaits. Luna’s death might be a ruse – similar to how John “Finn” Finnegan’s (Tanner Novlan) demise was staged after he was shot in the alley.
Finn appeared to be lifeless, yet it was later disclosed that Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda) had secretly rescued him.
There are numerous dramatic methods to navigate around a lethal exit, so we’re not overly concerned about the specifics. It’s sure to be implausible anyway, so Luna’s survival narrative may simply be something fans will have to accept.
A Chance At Redemption?
That being said, there’s still one more possibility that could save Luna and allow her to connect with Finn in the end. What if the Luna who just went on this crazy rampage isn’t the genuine Luna at all?

When Luna first came to Los Angeles, she appeared to be a sweet little angel-she had a dull romance with RJ Forrester (Joshua Hoffman) and acted like a completely different individual.
Let’s entertain the idea for a moment that Luna WAS indeed a completely different person back then! What if Luna has an evil twin who hijacked her life at some point?
Maybe It Wasn’t Luna Who Went Off The Rails
This might clarify why Luna has spiraled out of control, becoming capable of heinous acts like kidnapping and murder, among others.
This plotline could resemble the time Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) mistook the lookalike “Sugar,” also known as Janet Webber (Kimberlin Brown), for Sheila Sharpe (Kimberlin Brown).
Everyone thinks this disturbed young woman is Luna, but what if she is someone entirely different?
This leads us to another clue from the leaked script we referenced earlier; there will be a character named “Ronna” appearing alongside Luna in this episode. The names Ronna and Luna certainly have a twin-like quality to them!
Perhaps Poppy Had Twins And Gave One Away
Perhaps it will eventually come to light that Poppy actually gave birth to two children rather than just one. The twins may have been separated in some way – it’s conceivable that Poppy gave one away, which could lead to Ronna eventually stepping into Luna’s role as an adult.
In other words, Ronna might be the one who lost control while pretending to be Luna, while Luna could still be out there, held captive somewhere – similar to Sheila’s situation after “Sugar” passed away.
Ronna might appear in flashback scenes to clarify the twin switch if it indeed occurred. This entire twin storyline would certainly require a significant rewrite, but it would be a fascinating direction for the narrative to explore.
