The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers reveal that Ivy Forrester (Ashleigh Brewer) has been very naughty. It seems that the woman is just going to get worse.

It’s such a different personality that it makes me wonder if there is something wrong. Is Ivy crazy, or could she be battling a hidden medical condition? Keep reading, and let’s explore the possibilities with this storyline!

Liam Spencer’s Rejection

Let’s start off with when Ivy first came back to Los Angeles and Forrester Creations. The woman missed what she had with Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton).

Even though Liam loved the time they shared together, his heart was with Hope Logan Spencer (Annika Noelle).

Ivy could have reacted badly, but she didn’t. The woman was understanding and gracious. Ivy wanted Liam to be happy and encouraged him to share his heart with Hope.

Electra Forrester’s Support System

Moving forward, Ivy has always been Electra Forrester’s (Laneya Grace) support system. When Electra felt she had no one to trust, there was Ivy. Until recently, it seemed like Ivy really had her niece’s back.

Ivy Forrester’s Evil Era

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers reveal that Ivy tried to get Dylan (Sydney Bullock) out of town. That failed, so Ivy told Electra what she saw Dylan doing with Will Spencer (Crew Morrow).

While both of them insist nothing happened, Electra only knows that the common denominator is Dylan.

Then, we have Electra, who truly wants to be with Will. They could compromise about this and even send Dylan to a motel.

However, Ivy seems to want to keep Will and Electra apart. Then, we see her in a preview clip rummaging through someone’s purse and threatening Daphne Rose (Murielle Hilaire)!

Crazy or Just Sick?

While Ivy could be going through a mental health crisis, there could also be another explanation. Maybe Ivy is sick with a brain tumor or another kind of illness that would affect her behavior.

This Ivy is very different from the one who came back with Electra to Los Angeles.

It seems that the switch happened in the last few weeks, too. While Ivy might be right about Dylan and Will, she seems to be enjoying Electra’s misery a bit too much.

Liam did recently have a brain tumor storyline, but it was fake. So, could Ivy be the next character to suffer from a real brain tumor?
