The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers: Jealous Liam Assumes The Worst When Hope Supports Thomas

The Bold and The Beautiful spoilers and updates tease that a jealous Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) will assume the worst when Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) supports Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson). Not only will he assume that Thomas’ obsession with Hope has returned, but also that Hope is responding to Thomas and returning his feelings!

It’s obvious that Liam has trust issues when it comes to Hope about Thomas, or he never would have assumed that the Hope mannequin was really her months ago.  That nearly broke up their marriage right there, with Hope taking a step back from him and worse yet, he spent a drunken night with Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline Macinnes Wood). That could have broken up her then new relationship with John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) as well, had he not truly loved Steffy and forgiven her.

Indeed, when Steffy turned up pregnant there were questions as to whether Hayes Finnegan (Iliana and Vienna Norris) was Finn’s or Liam’s baby. The interference of Thomas’ late friend Vinny Walker (Joe LoCicero) didn’t help matters any.

B & B Spoilers – Hope Spencer Is There As Mom

Liam is upset that Hope is at the Forrester mansion with Thomas practically all the time now, assuming Thomas is using Douglas Forrester (Django Ferri) as a pawn. Hope is not there for Thomas, although she truly has become his friend, she’s there for Douglas so he can have his mom and dad together co-parenting at the same time. Liam is convinced because he’s never invited to the gatherings that there’s something fishy going on, not realizing he’s not invited because of his suspicious attitudes. Douglas doesn’t need his stepfather accusing his father of trying to steal his mother from him, that isn’t a subject a little boy should be in the middle of. Thomas and Hope know Liam would be pushing the envelope and interfering were he included in Hope’s visitations, he’s nearly as bad as her mother.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Trust Broken

Liam finally shows his jealous and mistrustful self to Hope when he confronts her about her suspected cheating on him with Thomas; nothing could be further than the truth. Liam’s suspicions and lack of trust breaks Hope’s own trust in Liam, sensing he is defensive because he’s drawn to someone else. There were some questions surrounding his motives when Steffy first came out of her coma and thought the two of them were still together, and he played along.

Even though Liam’s kept his distance since Steffy and Finn were reunited, he is making many more objections to Hope seeing Douglas at the mansion. Hope never made that many objections when Liam would go see Kelly Spencer (Sophia Paras McKinlay) at Steffy’s, and it’s a huge problem.
