But Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) knew who John Finn Finnegan’s (Tanner Novlan) stepdaughter was and thankfully tracked both of them to the beach in Los Angeles, California.
In a turn of events that prods fans very hard, Sheila’s successful rescue becomes the breakthrough moment she was hoping for. Finn knows that without his mom looking out for him, Kelly may have drowned.
The Public Service Announcement Novlan offered at the end of the dramatic episode where the climax happened on the beach in Los Angeles, California, reminded viewers of the real-life danger they face in bodies of water on the other side of the screen. As for this version of LA, Sheila’s conversion to an instant hero is incredible.

Even Sheila said her actions in the back alley at Il Giardino were the worst of her life. She intended to shoot Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and hit Finn, who stepped in front of his wife after entering the confrontation.

But Sheila kept her gun ready to fire and warned Steffy to put her smartphone down. Wood’s character was trying to call for help while Finn lay dying on the ground with a tremendous amount of blood staining the front of his shirt.
Sheila successfully hit Steffy with the second bullet she fired, which prevented an emergency crew from responding. She then made the scene resemble a failed robbery attempt and later faked being eaten by a bear.

Fans suspect Steffy and her family will not react with gratitude. Instead of praising Sheila, the focus will be on Finn’s near-fatal distraction.

The event will support Liam Spencer’s (Scott Clifton) assertion that Finn is vulnerable to Sheila, even considering all that she did to him and Steffy. Liam will see what happened at the beach as proof of deep danger.
Finn will face another infection point because he knows Sheila’s presence and instinct prevented a tragedy from occurring that he would have been responsible for.
The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Kelly Spencer’s Reaction Diminished
Steffy will be angrier with Finn, than happy Sheila probably, if not certainly, saved Kelly’s life. Of course, Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye), Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang), and all other connected characters will weigh in.
Kelly was surprised to hear Finn refer to the lady who saved her as his mom. But that is Sheila’s place in Finn’s life no matter what anyone wills themselves to believe.
So, Liam’s comment about not caring that Brown’s character is Finn’s birth mother will appear both naive and now foolish. Sheila found her way to Finn’s heart, with Kelly’s endorsement, on B&B.
